KAEC – King Abdallah
Economic City
King Abdullah Economic City – Delivered full infrastructure master plan for the King Abdullah Economic City including its Industrial Area. The master plan included water, wastewater, irrigation, and all utilities for the City for a planning horizon of 50 years. The master plan led to further development of Capital Investment Projects (CIP) with scope, layout, concept design, and construction budgets against a planning horizon based on the planned urban master plan for the City and projected growth.
KAEC
King Abdallah Economic City
Desalination Plant
King Abdullah Economic City – Led the Construction Management & Construction Supervision Services for the seawater treatment and desalination plant designed and built at King Abdullah Economic City on the Red Sea Coast in Saudi Arabia.
Scope included design management and design review services.
Initial capacity of the SWRO Plant is 30,000 cubic meters of drinking water per day, and expandable to 60,000 cubic meters per day. The plant was the second desalination plant in KAEC to cater for residential and industrial areas within KAEC.
Metito delivered the project as a design/build contractor.
Production started in the first quarter of the year 2020.
Western Region
Infrastructure Program
Design and supervision of all infrastructure projects within
Western Region Municipality of the State of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Total value of over 1.5 Billion Saudi Riyals.
Project Scope include master planning, infrastructure design, and development of cultural heriateg villages throughout the Western Region. WR Master planning included detailed settlement plans for each of the seven major settlements of Al-Gharbia: Liwa, Ruwais, Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi, Mirfa, Silaa and Delma. Each plan outline the requirements for land-use, infrastructure and landscaping, along with design guidelines for new projects master planning.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Water and Wastewater Master Plans for three (3) of the largest areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with population totaling over 17 million.
The outcome was to develop an integrated infrastructure water and wastewater Master Plans for each region to be incorporated in the National Water and Wastewater Master Plan for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Northern Region, Qassim, Burayda, Hail, etc.

MASAR Development
King Abdul Aziz Development (KAAR) or MASAR - PM/CM/CS and Design Review Services for all infrastructure of the project. Total area of 1.29 million sq. m.
In addition to the central dual lane road of 80 m (40 m for each), the infrastructure component includes approximately four (4) kilometers of roads and highways including Bridges, underground parking, street lighting, soft and hard landscaping, water and power utilities and sub-stations, networks systems, district cooling plant, potable water, firefighting system, sewerage system, storm water drainage, power and telecommunications.
The infrastructure construction value alone is about SAR 7.5 bn.
Lusail City
Lusail City Development in Qatar. Total of 36 square kilometers parcel of land with an estimated target population of over 450,000.
Lusail City include industrial and logistics city, marinas, residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping and leisure facilities, and a golf course community, man made islands and several entertainment districts.
Total Projects’ Infrastructure Construction Value is over SAR 70 billion.
Pearl Qatar
A 360-hectare new man-made Island/City. Scope included the architectural master planning, buildings concept designs, marine work, dredging and flling, and full design of all infrastructure utilities including Roads, Water, Sanitary, Irrigation, District Cooling, Telecommunication, and Electrical.
Two Contracts Awarded:
1. Detailed Master Planing, Feasibility Studies, Urban Planning, Market Studies, and dredging & enabling packages.
After the successful completion of Contract 1:
2. Detailed Infrastructure Design Work including roads and iconic bridges and all the infrastructure work.
Construction value is over SAR 55 billion.
Lagoona Motor Sport
A new Formula 2 racetrack in King Abdullah Economic City. Services provided included: Design Management, Design Review Services, Construction Management and Supervision.
The motor park will be hosting world-class sporting events. It is designed by Alex Wurz, an Austrian former professional racing driver, the Lagoona Motorpark is likely to host Formula 2, 3, and 4; Porsche Series Cup; Single Seater Races; Drifting; GT Series and Blancpain.
