2nd Industrial Area South of Riyadh – Master planning and infrastructure design services for Industrial City at Riyadh, KSA. the project consists of two areas: 1) Land A: Industrial City and Civic Center with estimated total area of 5,105,670 sqm, and 2) Land B: Industrial City with estimated total area of 1,388,535 sqm.
Our team include the renowned International Architecture Firm Zaha Hadid delivering the master planning scope, Engicon and Horizon delivering the engineering and infrastructure scope.
Work is performed in 4 Stages; Stage 1: Data Collection and Surveys, Stage 2: Design Basis Report, Hydrology and flood study, Traffic Impact, Master Plan Concepts and Options, Stage 3: Enabling Works Package, Detailed Design 60% and 90% submissions, Stage 4: IFC documents, BOQ, RFP & Tendering to general contractors,
Program 2 –
Saudi Entertainment Venture (SEVEN)
Program 2 – In association with EllisDon, appointed as the PMC delivering Project Management services for a program of 4 entertainment complexes throughout Riyadh with creative entertainment features. Work included pre-contract and post contract services and managing stakeholders including design consultants for the main complexes, attractions, and rides, and general contractors.
Dammam 2 – Master Planning
and Design Services
Dammam 2 – Master Planning and Design Services to MODON to develop a dry port logistic area in Dammam 2 to facilitate efficient domestic and international trade. The selected site dimensions (approximately 1.0 km2), location, and accessibility are suitable to support such a facility. The site is surrounded by four streets cutting across a railway line that will pass through the site. Similar facilities require a minimum rail length of 700-1000m.

Riyadh – Master Planning and Design
Master Planning and Design Services to MODON to establish a state-of-the-art data center complex in three major cities (Riyadh, Dammam, and Dhahran), aimed at bolstering domestic and international data exchange capabilities. The selected sites, spanning approximately 1.6 km².
Scope was to provide detailed design of infrastructure, road networks, utility facilities, and a master plan tailored to the unique requirements of data center operations.
The envisioned data center complex will serve as a cornerstone for digital innovation and economic growth in the region, meeting the burgeoning demand for data-driven services and technology solutions.
Jeddah North Obhur
Jehdah North Obhur –
In association with SYSTRA, delivered Feasibility Study and Concept Design of 49 KM free flow corridor connecting central Jeddah to North Obhur including a 350 m Iconic Bridge with complex structural design and unique hejazi architecture features.
Scope included Feasibility Study including PPP option for procurement and delivery.
