This project includes a total gut and renovation to the 1,000 guest room hotel and a new 140,000 sf multi-purpose building plus major renovations to the 1,100,000 sf Xerox Training & Conference Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Set atop a secluded hill overlooking the Potomac River, the site required a unique design to create a secluded environment while responding to previously existing structures on campus that accommodates several offices, classrooms, and warehouses.
