Mark Baughman, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, is the President of SKB SERVICES and brings more than 40 years' experience to bear on all the projects on which he works. Mark was trained as an architect who thinks of the entire picture and has been specifying and managing furniture since his earliest days designing hotels, offices, schools and libraries in the 1980's.

Melissa Schwalm has been with SKB SERVICES, managing furniture procurement and client moves since 1996. Melissa is the Director of Operations for SKB SERVICES and oversees the specification and procurement staff.

Gladys Courand, NCIDQ, is the Director of Design at SKB and is responsible for the quality of the selection and specification of all furniture and fixtures. Gladys works closely with the designers to develop these and then does Quality Control reviews of all documentation.

Noureen Chohan, ASID, is a senior designer and project manager with specific experience in hospitality and high-end residential design. Noureen specializes in helping to take the project from an architectural design idea to a complete and accessorized environment.

Jayme Pinano is a Principal of SKB and a senior project manager. Jayme works regularly with highly complex clients and coordinates large design and construction teams.
